Pakistan Cables is currently seeking Deputy Sales Managers for its Aluminium Profile Business to join our regional teams in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi.
This role will identify and develop sales strategies to secure profitable business through new and existing customer growth across a geographic region.
The successful candidates will be primarily responsible for the following:
- Securing major new business and manage existing accounts;
- Defining and achieving sales goals, budgets, and margin targets;
- identifying new markets and customer leads, and pitching prospective customers.
- Increasing profitable sales and market share with current and potential new customers by evaluating our position relative to the overall business, and establishing a professional rapport with customers;
- Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
- Developing and maintaining accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts;
- Identify potential dealers and establishing dealership agreements;
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, reports, analyses, etc.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8-10 years of sales experience
- Proven success in growing and servicing key customers in a geographic region or territory.
- Solid sales experience in B2B environment
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Proficient in handling Oracle based ERP systems, MS Office, etc.
