Under the direction of CEO and Board to assume responsibility to establish, develop, and align the Company’s financial & non-financial systems & controls in order to achieve Company mission and overall objectives.
To ensure the preparation of financial statements in line with the international financial reporting standards,
Ensuring compliance with regulatory returns, Taxation Regime, statutory rules, regulations and laws applicable.
To assist the CEO, and provide expertise to the management team, in planning, budgeting and implementation of systems & controls.
Co-ordinates with Company auditors.
Monitors Company’s investment portfolio and advises CEO on new investment opportunities. In this regard, prepares Cash Flows and Forecasts to ensure profitable and timely deployment of Company’s surplus funds.
Safeguards interests of the Company, taking due care with regard to security of Company assets.
Contributes in formulating the contingency plan and subsequent reviews.
Playing active role in cross functional teams and committees
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Board or CEO.
