1. Providing support to develop the credit guarantee policy of PCGC which amongst others includes, designing credit risk framework, pricing mechanism, collateral eligibility guidelines, assessment of different types of collateral and borrowers etc. Eligibility criteria to become Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs) etc.
2. Designing process and criteria for claim assessment and claim payment to PFIs
3. Undertake portfolio review and collateral assessment
4. Review and monitoring of credit limits of PFIs
5. Analysis of SME Finance and agriculture Sectors such as lending rates offered, tenure of loans, defaults etc.
6. Propose amendments in the processes and procedures for PCGC’s credit guarantee products in line with PCGC business needs and risk mitigation.
7. Provide Management with analysis of Reports submitted by PFIs.
8. Prepare MIS and Summary Reports for Management on a timely basis.
9. Ensure compliance of regulatory requirements in Due Diligence of portfolio.
10. Non-performing loan control,
11. Work in cross functional and departmental teams. Close liaison with stakeholders
12. Any other duties as may be assigned by the CEO
