We are looking for a Supervisor – Admin to oversee the office boy and janitorial services deployed at HBL branches in the Silakot Region under a third-party service contract.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the attenda nce of support staff (office boys and janitors)
  • Arrange relievers in case of staff absence or leave
  • Conduct staff hiring and handle complete background checks (including police verification)
  • Compile and submit monthly attendance for payroll processing
  • Facilitate staff in opening bank accounts for salary disbursement
  • Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper uniform standards across assigned branches
  • Maintain compliance with HBL’s operational and hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: FA / F.Sc
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory or administrative role, preferably in a banking or facility management environment
  • Strong coordination, reporting, and people management skills
  • Must be well-versed in field supervision, staff handling, and documentation
