Public Ltd Corporation requires a seasoned telephone operator cum receptionist with good experience. Applicant should have good mannerisms and skillset should include ability to deal with in-person visitors as well as phone-in clients.
Duties shall include:
- Maintaing Contact List (Phone Numbers)
- Mainting Daily Vistor and Call Logs
- Receiving and Dailing calls for executives.
Applicant will have to work out of a detached-office on the same floor as the main-office of the organization.
Working Days: Mon-Sat , Working Hours: 9 AM -5 PM (Sat 9-2)
Probationary Period: 6-12 Months
On completion of probation, applicant shall be offered health benefits, insurance. Employees who complete an year of employment are offered right to annual bonus and retirement plan.
