In 2002 we were converted to a private limited company and got heavily engaged with the fair and exhibition business worldwide. We have conducted about 300 exhibition business worldwide during the last 7 after our establishment. In 2005 we converted in to public limited concern with a paid out capital of Rs.70 million.
