Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants was constituted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan and Department of Auditor General of Pakistan in Oct 1993 jointly. PIPFA is also an associate member of International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), the world organization for the accounting profession.
