PALS (Pakistan Life Saving Foundation) is Pakistan’s only water safety, drowning prevention and rescue NGO ever since 2004. It. It is creating a safe environment on Karachi’s beaches and coastline through patrols, education, training, public safety campaigns and the promotion of health and fitness. Currently, its lifeguards are serving 35 kilometers long coastline including Sands Pit, Hawks Bay, French Beach, Paradise Point, Neelum Point, Cape Monze, Sunehri and Mubarak Village. We are also in the process of further increasing our services at Sea View and Clifton beaches.
