Duties and Responsibilities:
HR:
· Management and maintenance of all recruitment-related documentation and maintenance of personal files including leave records and applications
· Identify the training needs of staff and establish a training plan based on needs and available resources
· Manage the HRMS including attendance, leave and travel record
· Ensuring the HR Policy Manual is up to date and aligned with the organization needs and objectives
· Ensuring compliance of the HR policies related to work ethics, staff grievance & harassment
· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
· Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
· Scheduling, conducting and maintaining record of job evaluations and related performance rewards
· Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
· Maintenance of leave records and evaluating Leave Encashment benefit
· Verification of the monthly payroll of the staff for processing of salaries
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
· Updating the organization succession planning document
· Assisting Accounts & Finance department in audit of PMN personnel records
· Conducting orientation session(s) of the new staff member
· Develop and manage the performance management system of PMN
Centre of Excellence (COE):
· Assist in conducting comprehensive industry level training need assessment study as necessary
· Manage logistics of and coordinating content development for meetings, conferences, trainings, and other project-related events
· Assists with design, development and dissemination of training materials and reports
· Assists in preparation of Terms of Reference for engagement of contracted staff/consultants for conducting trainings
· Conducts other activities deemed as necessary within the framework of Centre of Excellence project
· Support in proposal and report writing
Events:
· Provide support in Events Management
o Write concept notes, developing agenda, maintaining lists and coordination with event management firm
o Travelling to on-site inspections and execution of events
· Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
Any other work that is deemed necessary by the organization from time to time.
