ASSISTANT MANAGER FINANCE – JOB DESCRIPTION
Accounting and financial reporting
- Preparation of vouchers and journals
- Preparation of financial statements and working papers for audit of Company and PF accounts
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements of Company and PF accounts
Cash management
- Manage petty cash tilt of the Company
- Corresponding with the Company and PF bank as and when required
- Entering contracts in the database and notifying expires to concerned personnel
- Preparation, forecasting and monitoring of cash position of the Company
Payroll management
- Preparation and processing of payroll
- Preparation and circulation of payslips to all employees
Commercial
- Invoice generation and payment follow-ups from clients
- Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for new contracts
- Analyze pricing and client usage data and generate reports as and when required
- Compilation of product prices and negotiate contract terms with clients
Taxation and corporate affairs
- Filing of Monthly and Annual Tax Statements / Returns, depositing of Withholding Tax with Tax Authorities in accordance with Taxation Requirements/Laws
- Filing and maintaining Corporate Returns/Forms, all other corporate records
- Preparation of monthly variance analysis reports
General
- Maintain the Finance Department’s filing system
- Perform any other task assigned
