We are seeking a highly mobile and technically skilled specialist to provide on-site support across various client locations.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

  1. On-Site Troubleshooting: Perform diagnosis of hardware, software, and related peripherals directly at client sites.
  2. Hardware Expertise: Proficiency in basic PC hardware maintenance, including identifying and replacing components like RAM, Hard Drives, and Power Supplies, etc.
  3. Basic Networking: Troubleshoot physical network connectivity (data cabling, switches). Understand IP Addressing and Gateway concepts to liaise with client IT regarding port security and network access.
  4. Travel: MANDATORY willingness for frequent intercity travel (outside home city).
  5. Mobility: MANDATORY must own a motorcycle.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client IT interaction.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage urgent service calls independently.
