- Prepare Bank reconciliation statement every month
- Posting to General Ledger in ERP Software
- Reconcile Party balances.
- Prepare bank payment Vouchers, receipt vouchers, journal vouchers.
- Get vouchers signed and forward to cashier.
- Checking of Bills before presenting to relevant manager and posting.
- Preparing Reports for presentation to Management as required by Accounts Manager
