- Create a documented implementation plan / roadmap for the acquisition of other ISO Standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 18001)
- Implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 as per the laydown procedures
- Provide assistance to the trained internal auditors to perform regular audits before the pre-assessment audit for certification.
- Carry out the pre-assessment audit
- Assist in application and obtaining of the ISO 9001:2015 certification (preparation of TORs for Re-Certification)
- Provide trainings for conducting Internal Audits and regarding implementation of new procedures to the Greenforce
- Provide checklist for E & S audits of PO/LSO/VO/CO
- Provide training/orientation to POs and Community members in compliance with ESMF (if required)
- Assist ESM Team in course of Third Party Validation process

Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) is the lead apex institution for community-driven development in the country. Set up by the Government of Pakistan, as an autonomous not-for-profit organization, PPAF enjoys facilitation and support from the Government of Pakistan, The World Bank, International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), KfWEntwicklungsbank (Development Bank of Germany) and other statutory and corporate donors.
