• Create a documented implementation plan / roadmap for the acquisition of other ISO Standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 18001)
  • Implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 as per the laydown procedures
  • Provide assistance to the trained internal auditors to perform regular audits before the pre-assessment audit for certification.
  • Carry out the pre-assessment audit
  • Assist in application and obtaining of the ISO 9001:2015 certification (preparation of TORs for Re-Certification)
  • Provide trainings for conducting Internal Audits and regarding implementation of new procedures to the Greenforce
  • Provide checklist for E & S audits of PO/LSO/VO/CO
  • Provide training/orientation to POs and Community  members in compliance with ESMF (if required)
  • Assist ESM Team in course of  Third Party Validation process
