- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering
- Fluent in English & Hindi (Writing and Oral)
- Min . 5 years exp. As Foreman In Rotary Machines Especially Turbomachinery
- Hands on experience on rotary machines required for min. 10 years
- Leadership Qualities to control a group of technicians
- Well aware about Oil & Gas EHSS requirements
- Should be able to for see and plan for upcoming activities
- Ability to handle client job leader
- Ability to lead min.15 ppl
- Should be able to coordinate with OEM, Client and our own crew for activities related to his job
- He should be able to systematically note points in logbook, fill checklists , take clearances according to QC/OEM etc
- Should be physically Fit to work 12 hours or more continuously for 1 Month or more in Day/Night Shift.
- He should be able to identify tools required and will inform to project Lead well in advance for arrangement.
