Mechanical Supervisor
- Supervision of the crew to ensure the work undertaken to the required standard.
- In charge of daily implementation of the planned works.Assistance in the development and upgrading of mechanical procedures.Monitor & report on the performance of individuals in his crew
- Maintenance & Cleaning of Reactors of Reformatting Unit.
- Maintenance of Over head forced find type air cooled vapor condensers.
- Execution of Fabrication Welding and installation job of Pig Decoking arrangement at Charge heater of the plant.
- Re-Tubing of different types of tube bundles of heat exchanger.
- Lapping of mechanical seal (mating rings) with lapping machine.
- To maintain the inventory levels of spares of the mechanical stationary and rotary equipments of plants
- Supervision of modification piping jobs at plants as advise by Engg, department.
- Maintenance and overhauling of centrifugal and positive displacement, pumps with coupling alignment with laser alignment tool.
- Planning and Scheduling of Shutdowns/Turnarounds jobs.
- Maintenance of Pumps, Compressors, Charge Heaters, Heat exchangers, vessels, columns, reactors etc.
- Application of HSEQ procedures.
- Identifying consumable spares to keep/ maintain optimum inventory of essential spares in the warehouse.
- Implementation of maintenance plans in efficient and effective manner.
Qualification: Diploma Mechanic with 5 to 10 years of experience.
