JOB OBJECTIVES
To develop and implement time plans on ABIS projects or its associates to ensure that the project is completed safely, on time and within budget with all the necessary requirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- To prepare combined scope of work as per the scope
- To prepare s-curve reports.
- Assist the Site Engineer by providing site support in arrangement of resources
- Create, maintain, review and administer project schedules and plans.
- Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to organize the phases of the project development.
- Keep the client team up to date on progress to present to the client.
- Present information for internal meetings on the project.
- Problem solving.
- Produce tender plans to support bids.
- To prepare manpower report on daily basis as actual from site.
- To prepare manpower histogram (for Direct and indirect manpower).
- To assist the planning engineer in monitoring and control of the project.
- To prepare daily reports.
- To check the stock availability with stores and forecast the future requirement for site.
- To keep close co-ordination between support departments.
- To keep record of site activities and assist in documenting change orders.
- Assist in clearing the punch list in close co-ordination with site team.
- To assist the Planning Engineer in preparing Planning Dossiers as per QA Manual.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualification
- BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN MECHANICAL, DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL.
Minimum Experience
- 2 –4 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR POSITION AT THIS LEVEL.

- Strong communication including writing reports and presenting.
- Understanding engineering principles.
- Time management and planning.
- Organising ability.
- Methodological approach.
- High Attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of Planning software
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong Problem solving.
- Budget and financial management.
- Site Management background is beneficial.
- Complete knowledge of static equipments and piping fabrication.
- Experience in project management, shutdowns etc.
