Objective:

manage completely Plant services department activities , project execution in oil and gas projects ,shut downs TA ,hands on mechanical experience ,cost estimation and planning capabilities  , promote business volume, increasing productivity and efficiency  in changing environment .

Detailed Responsibilities

1-putting plans for organizing staffing to run the plant services department  in efficient way to cut cost and improve profitability.

2-Prepare & implement public relations & strategies to improve our company image & profile with our major clients  to maximize our market share & total turn over.

3-lead improvement in all  sub departments and maximization of owners wealth.

4-initiate strategic planning for the future execution  projects  with abilities to establish policies and procedures for plant services department.

5-Monitor developments & news related to our company business or competitors & report all this in proper reporting system to GM & CEO.

6-Suggest and recommend plans related to policies Supports Company’s market share and turnover.

7- lead  subordinates in  plant services, meanwhile, lead  Business Development, Project Management, Costing, Estimation teams to achieve pre determined budgets and goals .

8- manage the PS projects in Gulf area in Qatar ,UAE & Kuwait

9- supervise GCC offices from our head office in Jubail in related matters like business plans ,project execution ,marketing and strategic planning .

10- participate in preparing Technical and Commercial proposals for Industrial Services.

11-participate in preparation of annual budgets for  his  SBU with Finance Manager.

12-Perform any other tasks assigned to him by CEO.

Relationship

Contact all internal & external parties on information center, media according to directions given to him.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:-

1-Mechanical Engineer from recognized university .

2-Master degree in Engineering  or MBA holder  with 10 years practical experience related to our core business or

 Bachelor degree in Engineering  with 15 years  practical experience related to our core business

Related to oil and gas maintenance /SD,TA

3-leader with creative vision to achieve goals.

4-team player with good communication skills .

5-Hands on experience on Business Development, Project Management, Costing, Estimation, Monitoring and Control.

6-Proficient in preparing Technical and Commercial proposals for Industrial Services ,turnkey ,EPC projects .

7- Capable to lead the team of professionals (Should be very good in people management).

8-Experience of GCC / Middle East is highly preferred.

9-Hand on experience of Mechanical Maintenance / Projects/ Turn Around / Shut Down planning.

10- ability to work with different Nationalities  .

11-Should be excellent in both spoken and written ARABIC &  English.
