Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:
- Prepare activity plans and budget for First Aid Training programs.
- To undertake extensive travel all around the country to coordinate First Aid Training programs between NHQ and Provincial Branches and to provide ongoing technical support, facilitation, monitoring and evaluation of First Aid Training activities
- Ensure that all First Aid training programs are being implemented according to the First Aid Training Policy at all levels.
- Provide technical inputs in First Aid Technical working group.
- Ensure regular reporting , monitoring on dashboard
- Ensure close coordination and liaison with Provincial First Aid Coordinators
- Ensure First Aid trainers have access to suitable First Aid training equipment, and ensure timely provision of equipment to the branches
- Conduct First Aid Refresher Courses and Training of Trainer’s courses for First Aid trainers
- Produce regular, timely and accurate narrative and financial reports for the organization and for the partners.
- Promote First Aid Training with Government Departments, International and Non-Government organizations, multinationals, etc and foster an interest in the public at large in First Aid to ensure eventual self sustainability.
- Maintain good working relationship with the staff members of the NHQ.
- Perform other work related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Secretary General or DD Health & First Aid Training.
- Maintain close working relationship with relevant ICRC counterpart.
- Any other task as may be assigned by the Competent AUthority.
Qualification and Experience
- M.B.B.S (PMDC register Institute)/ Masters/ 16 years education in Social Science or relevant field from HEC recognized Institution/University.
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in Program Management working with National or International Organization
- Volunteers / Interns of PRCS having minimum 3 years of experience in First Aid will be given preference.
- Maximum age limit upto 40 years.
