- Designing major aspects of the architecture of an application, including components such as user interface, middleware and infrastructure
- Providing technical leadership to the application development team
- Performing design and code reviews
- Ensuring that uniform enterprise wide application design standards are maintained
- Establish standard of coding, system integrations, and application security
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure the architecture is aligned with business requirements
- Produce high output, high efficiency delivery of work items from inception through acceptance
Required Skills:
- Must have a high level of technical expertise, combined with excellent planning, coordination and communication skills, and the ability to work on teams.
- Must have experience with relevant development tools and specific application and system architecture, in addition to a strong understanding of object-oriented design.
- Must have system integration experience using middleware.
- Must have experience of real time distributed applications using message passing interfacing.
- Must have knowledge of software security and encryption algorithm such as AES, DES, 3DES & RSA.
- Strong knowledge and experience of product design trends and good practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with writing requirement/specifications of technology related products.
- Candidates must be able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Microsoft certification would be a plus.
- Candidates possess the knowledge / experience of business processes of supply chain, freight forwarding, imports, exports, transit and customs clearance will be given preference.
