Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment & selection, Appointment, Placement & Orientation
  • Scheduling job interviews and calling the candidates.
  • Preparing new employee files.
  • Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
  • Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
  • Assist in Maintaining Leave & Attendance management system across the country.
  • Answering employee questions
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Preparation of experience certificates.
  • Maintain Personal files of all employees.
  • Creating and distributing documents
  • Providing customer service to organization employees.
  • Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data.
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
  • Maintaining current HR files, databases and records.
  • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records


  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player
  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint etc.
  • Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees.
