• Consultant Business Development is responsible to bring new business by identifying potential customers and transforming them into company's client. Device and execute business development strategy to meet organization's revenue goals. Will be responsible to showcase organization's various products and services on different platforms. This role will work closely with Relationship Management and Technology team to ensure delivery fulfilling contract obligations of new clients.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Meet annual revenue generation targets through new client’s business
  • Customer relationship and Business Development team coordination.      
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
  • Developing strategic partnerships to grow business.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
  • Through the in-depth understanding of user needs, and Business markets.
  • Overseeing the annual renewals process, ensuring on-target retention of existing customers.
  • Any other job/task assigned by the CEO

Competencies / Skills Set Required

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills with knowledge of commercial agreements and frameworks.
  • Ability to build relationships with decision makers in potential client organizations.          
  • Skilled in identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.           
  • Excellent ability to write a business proposal.
