Job Description

  • Take inbound calls from taxpayers in FBR Contact Center
  • Help taxpayers with issues related to filing of Income Tax, Sales Tax, and FED returns
  • Help taxpayers with issues related to Iris and efbr portals
  • Log taxpayers complaints over the phone
  • General guidance of taxpayers related to different SOPs
  • Respond to emails sent to FBR Helpline
  • Any other duty assigned by the management.

 

Skills

Power Point, Excel, Word, Good Computer Knowledge, Ability to handle multiple tasks, Excellent communication and analytical skills, Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
