- Design high quality informational content and digital services on website with the needs of users as the primary focus
- Research topics to identify user needs and understand policies and processes
- Take complex language and processes and make them simple to understand and act on, whilst maintaining factual accuracy
- Create content that’s accessible and usable and written to formal style and standards
- Work with user researchers to test user understanding of content and journeys to and from it
- Use feedback and metrics to refine content
- Work quickly to design or change content in light of external factors such as changes to policy, legislation, technology or user needs
- Build relationships and work effectively within an agile delivery model with colleagues and external providers, for example user researchers and subject experts.
