• Design and implement Dynamics CRM technical solutions to customers
  • Design, code, test CRM application modules or related applications that meet Architecture Blueprint specification
  • Support the development of test scenarios/scripts and test execution ensuring that an application or architecture meets agreed quality standards
  • Close cooperation with client teams and follow up business requirements
  • Handle basic administrative functions including user account management, profiles, roles, permission sets, license types and field security
  • Manage bulk import, exports, and updates of data through data loader and other tools
  • Manage ongoing data integrity and data hygiene tasks. Manage deduplication process
  • Develop and maintain customized report types, reports, and dashboards
  • Assist in the management of custom fields, objects, workflow rules, record types, page layouts, and third-party products
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of documentation of system configuration, customization and functionality, and provide training to end users
  • Troubleshoot issues within CRM and escalate as needed

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, databases
  • Practical experience with .NET, C# programming and databases
  • Hands on MS Dynamics development experience
  • Practical experience with other Microsoft technologies (MS SQL, Power BI, Silverlight, SharePoint, Active Directory, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, etc.)
