- Key role is pre-development and post-development documentation reviews of other documents i.e. test cases, test scenarios, business requirements
- Ability to develop understanding of complex software solutions quickly and produce accurate technical documentation and user-friendly operational manuals etc.
- Be part of an “end user-focused” team responsible for creating a wide variety of documentation like Product manuals, proposals, brochures etc.
- Strong customer focus, passion for the promotion of large complex software solutions, and strong cross-team collaboration skills
- Good understanding of content creation and publishing best practices and usability methodologies
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have a drive-for-results approach.
Required Skills:
- hands-on experience of writing pre-development and post-development documentation, developing and maintaining content that is global-ready and localizable, with demonstrable knowledge and successful application of writing best practices
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Portfolio of work samples demonstrating capabilities is requested
- Knowledge of Java / .Net applications architecture, desgn and algorithms.
- Search engine optimization (SEO) experience will be an added advantage.
