Job Description

  • Maintain data/record of employee’s location, transfers, postings, performance, increments, bonuses, promotions, demotions, remuneration and benefits, including retired, resigned or terminated employees.
  • Handling all matters of Human Resource Management Information System such as updation of record, preparation of reports for management and enhancement/modification in software as per requirement.
  • Coordinate with employees across the country regarding medical related issues.
  • Process medical claims of employees and maintain their record.
  • Maintenance of Human Resource System.
  • Maintain Leave & Attendance management system.
  • Maintain leaves records of employees and verification of attendance of all employees for procession of payroll.
  • Assist in recruitment & selection, Appointment, Placement & Orientation.
  • Prepare disciplinary Proceedings cases & Working papers.
  • Arrangement of Trainings (Internal & External).
  • Noting and drafting.
  • Prepare all kind of letters/correspondence for the company component.
  • Event management.
  • Disseminate all relevant information and records to the concerned entities (Internal & External).
  • Dealing with the Employees & Customer Relation Matters.
  • Any other job assigned by the Manager HR.

ESSENTIAL SKILL

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferably in HR Management.
  • 05 years of relevant work experience in HR or equivalent position.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees and external entities & with the ability to work in multicultural environment.
  • Working with a sense of ownership and dedicatedly giving maximum efforts to deliver extra and accomplish tasks/assignments for the Organization.  
  • Team Player
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of HRMIS (Oracle Based), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint etc.
