Job Duties:

  • Partner with managers to determine current and future hiring needs, position requirements and appropriate recruitment strategy
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager on sourcing strategy & identification of ideal candidate profiles
  • Conducts job analysis, writes job descriptions for all positions, and eliminate job redundancies.
  • Exercise independent discernment during screening candidate profiles followed by a submission of relevant profiles to hiring managers with quality screening feedback
  • Partner with the coordinator to schedule assessments and onsite interviews.
  • Meet and greet each interviewed candidate to provide extraordinary candidate experience.
  • Track and maintain key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Run the candidate job offer process, including background checks, offer extensions, and negotiation.
  • Notify all relevant parties of offer acceptance and agreed upon start date.
  • Assist with design and delivery of relevant educational offerings to further support hiring managers and interviewers in their efforts to recruit and retain top talent.
  • Maintaining database of the candidates.
  • Any other task assigned by the Line Manager/ HOD.

Required Skillset:

  • Must have 2-3 years prior experience in Technical Recruitment or Similar role in an IT company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or management sciences from a recognized university.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
  • Negotiation capabilities.
  • Critical thinking and flexibility when faced with changing priorities.
  • Technical knowledge for the given role opening.
  • Ability to maintain a database and pipeline of candidates.
  • Ability to create a seamless candidate experience through all stage.
  • Willingness to become an ambassador for the brand and represent the company upon a candidate’s first interactions with the organization.
  • Good knowledge of current technologies being used in IT sector and latest technology trends.
