Scope Of Work
- Hardware Installation and Maintenance:
- Deployment/installation hardware including computer systems, display devices and other peripherals. (Printers, Routers, Switches, Firewall, Wifi Access Points, Projector, Bio metric system & Sound System).
- Troubleshooting hardware issues to resolve them on site.
- If onsite resolution is not possible, then the matter will be escalated for further processing.
- Server(s) management and maintenance.
Software Deployment & Updates:
- Installation of Operating System(s) as per requirement.
- Software Deployment & Updates.
- Email & Domain Account Setup and Control (Create/Delete & Update).
- Software License Management if and as possessed by your organization.
Networking Support:
- Troubleshooting and resolution of network related issues.
- Escalating ISP related issues to the concerned ISP and follow-up till resolution.
- ( Managing and maintaining Network equipment including Load Balancers, Routers, Switches, APs, Media Converters, , NVR CCTV etc
