General Description of Tasks:

  • Review and develop appropriate formats, data collection tools and systems for monitoring, evaluation in the project to make functional and action-oriented MEAL system.
  • Conduct baseline and endline surveys in supervision of MEAL manager and UNWOMEN.
  • Carry out field monitoring visits and Sharing of findings with MEAL manager to support management in taking informed decisions.
  • Continue Follow up the MEAL plan to ensure that efficiency and quality is maintained.
  • Ensure that monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and program implementation data is collected and entered in the data management system on a regular basis.
  • Validate the data management system for completeness, correctness and consistency
  • provide needful support to program teams to track progress of the project activities in line with the agreed output and outcome level performance indicators .
  • Represent MEAL during program review meetings and other events to share MEAL updates and/or making presentations if required.
  • Promote accountability and ensure compliance with PVDP policies and Accountability
  • Ensure the complaint and response mechanism (CRM) is in place as per PVDP and IRC ploicies and keep record of all complaints and rersponses.
  • Maintain proper filing system of monitoring and data related documents in hard as well as in soft.
  • Coordinate with program team in documenting lessons learnt and best practises from program implementation, monitoring, evaluation.
  • Document, finalize and share Case Studies, Human Interest Stories and Most Significant Change Stories.
  • Assist the project evaluation exercises in collaboration with donor and head office MEAL manager.
  • Carry out other such tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
