1. Develop and compile details village profile with reference to GBV and Sexual and Reproductive health.
  2. Identify and secure the most visible community leaders, partners, opinion makers, gate keepers, boasters, barriers, traditional leaders, elected councilors, dynamic & trustworthy religious leaders and village activists for help voluntarily in directive of community mobilization and demands generation.
  3. Conduct Social Assessment to identify gaps in individuals GBV and SRH knowledge, attitude and practices, explore most common GBV/SRH issues, identify needs, problems and priorities including the underlying causes and to find most appropriate communal solutions & collective efforts.
  4. Identify individual activists (Men, Women, Boys and Girls) at village level to form and strengthen village/community groups, developed action plans and ensure its implementations.
  5. Initiate reflection and create dialogue on life-threatening problems in community related to GBV and SRH issues.
  6. Ensure close coordination and develop liaison with inter-sectoral coordination with integrated approach, built alliances among community organiation, health comittees/health outlets, CSOs groups, support facility in-charge, assigned to review tasks to LHVs, LHSsLHWs and link village level alliances with the SGs and facility in-charge.
  7. Ensure organization and implementation of capacity building trainings, refreshers and events (workshops, seminars, conferences) of mass community education and disseminate IEC materials.
  8. Support Sr. WPE Officer and WGSS supervisor in Identification of suitable and safe place for establishment of WGSS.
  9. Ensure work plan for out reach team are developed and implemented. Ensure that data, success stories, community feed back on reqular basis is collected, updated, documented and corrdinated with Reporing Officer, Meal Officer, Database Assistant for weekly, bia-monthly monthly and quarterly reports
  10.  Any other task, as and when assigned by the supervisor.
