Gain complete understanding of the product portfolio of the company, production process and end applications.
Gain marketing intelligence of products line and formulate/implement startegies for market penetration, product development and market development.
Follow-up with the Production deparment regarding the status of orders.
Ensure sales forecasting is done and followed.
Keep strong follow-ups with client's queries in coordination with marketing team.
Maintain/keep regular update of customer files and their records and all other related files.
Follow up/mature the payment receiving payments from customer.
Keep track of dispatches and payments.
Maintains clients ledger and update the director.
Deal with customers as a Management Representative of the Company.
Handle customer complaints and feedback with prompt updates to the Director.
Visit the clients and when required.
Adopt corrective measures of conflictresolution in coordination with Department Head.
Keep track of all dispatches while updating and posting to all related files, which includes SOC,Gate Passes, Pending Orders and various parties excel ledgers.
Confirm online payments from the bank whenever received.
Maintain customer's ledger-manually and computerized.
Correspond with the customers domestically as well as internationally, including sending qoutations and following up on it.
Submit weekly progress reports consisting of week's activities and coming week's agenda of business development and business sustainability activities.
Keep track of new customer induction process by maintaining business development form.
