Responsibilities
- Develop and implement detailed production plans to meet manufacturing targets and deadlines.
- Supervise the production process ensuring adherence to quality standards and lean manufacturing practices.
- Lead routine quality control inspections to maintain product consistency and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure availability of raw materials and timely delivery of finished products.
- Manage and train a team of 10 production staff, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve any production bottlenecks or quality issues promptly.
- Oversee shift handover management by enforcing standardized protocols to maintain operational continuity.
- Maintain comprehensive operational documentation including production reports, compliance records, and shift logs.
- Ensure all production activities comply strictly with health and safety regulations to prevent workplace hazards.
- Continuously analyze production workflows to identify areas for process enhancement and implement necessary improvements.
- Monitor equipment usage and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product innovation and operational excellence initiatives.
