HR and Accounts Executive

A Tea company based in Islamabad looking for an individual who have worked in various roles HR, Accountant and Admin ideally from the background of FMCG, Food, Tea, or Beverages industry. The candidate must be resourceful, inquisitive, self-motivated, possess strong interpersonal skills and be capable of handling high work volumes with accuracy during peak periods.

This role is mix of Accounting, HR and bit of Administration.

This challenging role requires the following:

·         Planning and coordination of administration of the company

·         Define administrative procedures and define ways to streamline processes

·         Recruitment of key personnel(s), allocation of responsibilities and implement HR policies, training

·         Review staff performance to identify areas needing improvement and implement changes, manage daily operations and inform the stakeholders

·         Calculate, prepare and submit accounts and tax returns (private limited company)

·         Calculate and legally minimizing tax liabilities, supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities of departments like cash management, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Payroll, and Reporting. Accounting manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.

·         Maintain our tax preparation system for audit purposes, Assist in financial planning and analysis

·         Maintains timely book keeping of incoming transactions in MS Excel

·         University degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field from an accredited academic institution, with two years of relevant professional experience in the field of accounting

·         High level of computer literacy, especially in MS Excel application
