PAKPAL PRODUCTS (PVT) LTD. is looking for “Packing Machine Operator” for their production department whose responsibilities will be:
Self-motivated and result oriented individual(s) having years of work experience as packing machine operator preferably tea/rice/detergent and QC/Food lab. The incumbent must have experience of PLC machine control system and having sound knowledge of packing machines operation maintenance trouble shooting.
- Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards.
- Prepare production order and blending processes, printing of MFG/EXP dates on packing material.
- Keep the machines up to the required standards by cleaning, make minor adjustments or repairs to machinery and equipment if needed. Keep the log of such maintenance and schedule maintenance check-up.
- Supply raw materials to blending, spindles, conveyors, hoppers, or other feeding machines. Monitor the production line, watching for the problems such as weight variations, air tightness, sealing, misprinting, pile-ups etc.
- Remove finished packaged items from machine and separate rejected items. Regulate machine flow, speed, and temperature if required.
- Stock and sort product for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies, such as reel, bags, boxes, cartons, glue, ink, or labels.
- Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material.
- Sort, grade, adjust weight requirements, and inspect products, verifying and adjusting product weight or measurement to meet required specifications.
- Stack finished packaged items, or wrap protective material around each item and pack the items in cartons or containers.
- Count and record finished and rejected packaged items. Package the products in the form in which it will be sent out, or examine for quality testing.
