Pakpal Products (Pvt) Ltd., a Tea company based in Islamabad looking for an individual who have experience of QC/QA ideally from the background of FMCG, Food, Tea, or Beverages industry.
This challenging role requires the following:· Determine customer service quality standards by set industry, food, tea standards· Have a strong check on all production processes till the ready product. · Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses, identifying critical control points and preventive measures, monitoring procedures. Verify and record all results by set standards· Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, corrective actions, revalidations· Conduct R&D activities to support all respective departments improve their efficiencies by applying the HACCP and IFS standards.· Monitor & maintain the deviations against Standards during In-process inspection due to PM or machine fault and resolve them on the daily basis by coordinating to all concern and record to be maintained on the system· Ensure incoming, in process & Final inspection of shift production through set standards· Generate & monitoring the KPI’s reports according to above statistical data & provide feedback to all concern for improving their efficiencies· Minimum 2 years prior experience in quality assurance, food lab experience and food sciences degree will be preferredSkills
