Boss group of Companies requires GM for its Wood Unit in Gajumta Lahore.
The incumbent has to perform, but not limited to the following responsibilities.
Role & Responsibility
- Sales & marketing experience & operational exposure with furniture Industry.
- Create and manage growth and operations strategy and act as an interface with team.
- Formulate and execute the growth strategy for the region in collaboration with other Business Heads.
- Ensure the business with clear marketing strategy based on understanding of current market, customers and competition.
- Develop new ideas for future offerings with the mission to develop our business, being close to the market.
- Ensure that we have the right business processes in sales management and marketing.
- Bridge between Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Manufacturing/ Procurement, Purchase and Quality Assurance.
The incumbent must have at least 10 years of experience.
The experience is preferd from Manufacturing sector.
Some experience in a wood unit will be highly preferred.
