We are currently looking for a candidate who is having keen interest in learning new things. Strong communication skills in the form of both written and verbal English are a requirement critical to this

position.

Qualification: Any Graduate with good English communication skills.

Experience: Preference will be given to people with 2 + years of office experience but fresh graduates can also apply.

Responsibilities:

Completion of all relevant paperwork accurately and promptly.

Ensure customer orders are processed in line with company procedures and requirements

Liaising with clients

Prepare and submit various reports, plans /periodic progress reports to the Director and carry out any

other duties as assigned.

Providing other administrative services as & when required

Skills required:

Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken & Written English)

Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office Excel and Word

Ability to work under pressure · Good time management skills

High levels of attention to detail and the ability to multitask, even when under pressure

Ability to self-motivate and to work without supervision.
