Summary of Role:

The goal of this position is to pitch new clients and meet the existing client needs so they are satisfied, resulting in profits for the company.

CS Executive must understand their clients' needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns, often on a daily basis. Coordinate the administrative and campaign work and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. 

Key Responsibilities:

·Develop and maintain the existing client’s relationship.

·Should have a strong understanding of company’s services to advise the clients in meetings and telephonic conversations.

·Generating new leads from existing clientele.

·Arranging and attending the meetings with clients.

·Record all the minutes of meetings with clients to avoid confusions and misunderstandings.

·Interact and correspond with prospective clients. Identify, develop and maintain relations with potential clients to drive revenue by cold calling for 2 hours in the morning to existing and new clientele. Making pitches along with other team members to try to win new business for the company.

· Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their project requirements. Direct development and presentation of client customized solutions. Ensuring that the communication flows effectively. Making sure that customer quarries are being answered and their requirements are being effective executed by the rest of departments.

· Be in coordination with operations and tracking department and monitor if there are any issues in Pre and post camping building process.

· Effectively communicate with clients, management and other team members for issues resolution.

· Liaise with Media and Operations department to communicate clients expectations for smooth execution of projects/campaigns.

· Research on the competitors and their campaigns information and prepare comparative analysis of competitor’s campaigns as well.

Any task assigned by competent authority.

CREATIVE:

  • Creative brief from client/MD/CEO or GM.
  • Coordination with team and creative department.
  • Signed approvals from upper management regarding proposal.
  • Delivery
  • Generate report of overall work.

PLANS:

  •   ATL, BTL and digital plan.

DIGITAL:

  • Everyday check and balance of social sites.
  • Daily updates.
  • Report generation (Hardcopy)

PRESENTATION:

CS executive is supposed to present a presentation on daily updates of market at 11:30 am, includes:

  •    Update of real-estate and Advertisement agency market analysis utilizing the mediums (social sites, newspapers, radio and market visits).
