• Ability to read and understand drawings, sections, details and construction documents and interpret the same to labor and sub-contractors at site.
• Layout and lead the site execution activities including leveling work, concrete cutting, plaster, concrete mixing, pouring, shuttering, concreting, and other relevant works.• Must have previous experience on construction projects during all stages from excavation till finishing/grey structure.• Ability to measure and compute quantities.• Verify sub-contractor's progress bill and making labor attendance sheets and other reports etc.• Review work progress on daily basis & timely submission of progress reports to stakeholders.• Track and maintain tools and equipment.• Maintain safety at work• Able to work in flexible hours.Skills
