Paragon City (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure projects such as roads, water, sewerage, and utilities. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and has 10 to 15 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure upgrades. This role involves comprehensive oversight of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule requirements. The Project Manager coordinates multiple technical disciplines and stakeholders to meet project objectives effectively.
This position requires expertise in budget management, risk assessment, change management, and cost estimation to successfully guide projects from conception to completion. Although this role currently does not include team management responsibilities, it demands strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contractors to achieve project milestones and deliverables on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules to guide infrastructure project execution and monitor progress against milestones.
- Conduct thorough risk management analyses and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation throughout project lifecycles.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and quality standards.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure completed infrastructure meets regulatory and company specifications.
- Implement change management procedures to address project scope adjustments while controlling impact on cost and timelines.
- Conduct regular project status reviews and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout project phases.
- Evaluate cost estimations for accuracy and feasibility in alignment with project objectives and resource availability.
- Facilitate communication among all project participants to promote transparency and timely resolution of issues.
