Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, regarding services provided at branch, and employees within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public.
  • Ensure that the prescribe forms have been filled up by the customer in accordance with KYC.
  • Check that the information provided by the customer is correct and is not in violation of SBP’s Rules and Regulations.
  • Specifically ensure that the customer has signed the declaration/ disclaimer endorsed by the company on the prescribed form and the transaction is not against the Rules and Regulations of SBP.
  • Ensure the authenticity of the customer at the time of transaction.
  • Maintain and prepare daily transaction records.
  • Ensure that the prescribe forms has been filled up by the customer in accordance with AML.
  • Give updates to cashier about the rate of currencies after coordination with the Branch Manager and Treasury department.
  • Fill up the TT / DD forms in accordance with the information provided by the customer.
  • It is the duty of the front desk officer to provide information to the customer regarding the inward  and outward remittances and company’s other services.
  • It is the duty of the front desk officer to fill up the forms of inward/outward remittances in accordance with the information provided to him by the customer.
  • Dealing with customers about the rate of currencies and make a slip of deal on which the customer and representation is satisfied. Give this slip to the cashier.
  • Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
  • Greet persons entering organization, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or guide them to specific destinations.
  • Provide information about Organization and its services.
  • File and maintain records.
  • Analyze data to determine answers to questions from customers.
  • Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, or operating calculators or computers and sign the documents.
  • Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail.
  • Perform duties, such as taking care of plants or straightening magazines to maintain lobby or reception area.
  • Keep a current record of staff members whereabouts and availability.
