Parallax Technologies is looking for Technical Support Engineers for a Software as a service (SaaS) based Technology company based in the United States.

Responsibilities;

  • To check and respond to all the inbound queries/tickets
  • Guide customers about the product
  • Collect customer support requests and bugs and solving the queries.

Timeline;

  • The timeline for the job is 5 days a week, 8 hours a day
  • We have a working shift of 24/7 so you can be placed in any shift based upon the workload by your manager

Required Skills;

The ideal candidate should have;

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent in spoken and written English
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate (knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office suite, etc.)
