Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to service inquiries and provide technical support to broadband customers, including remote troubleshooting and diagnosis

Requirements

  • Diploma in IT or related technical disciplines with interest in technology
  • Experience in an ISP business would be an advantage.
  • Good spoken Urdu is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work well in a team
  • Must be prepared to work on shifts and public holidays

Specific Tasks

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Direct customers to online resources
  • Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
