Role and Responsibilities
The manager should:
- Develop marketing strategies along with the control on its execution and delivery that will help company to achieve its goal.
- Focus on the improvement of company’s website, assigning strategies to drive online traffic and focusing on the betterment of its content, design and usability.
- Focus on the development of social media presence hence attracting a lot of social media target audience.
- Review new ideas and keep the company as prominent as possible in online marketing.
- Prepare an annual sales and marketing strategies and continuously review its achievement on weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Based on the marketing report, revise strategies accordingly (if required) and submit the report to Senior Manager.
- Execute successful delivering campaigns and promotional activities (SMS, QR, coupons, ads, etc.)
Qualification and skills required:
- IT Skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Networking ability.
- Planning skills.
- Communications skills; both verbal and written.
- A highly analytical approach.
- Relevant qualification of Marketing.
