Assist with populating and refining product records for our e-commerce business. Cross-reference and coordinate product descriptions and inventory details across our own sites, Amazon, Ebay, and Walmart. Creating and editing product database entries as needed. Perform product database and e-commerce site research (e.g., creating lists of item numbers for specific product categories, identifying records with missing or incorrect data, etc.) as needed. Strong English spelling and grammar skills and excellent attention to detail required. Previous experience with Amazon, Ebay and/or Magento e-commerce systems preferred.
This position’s main duties will be focused on managing all aspects of Amazon and other Ecommerce platform stores. Operating Amazon listings, projects, and shipments will be a regular task. Previous experience with FBA shipments as well as listing management, Amazon cases, and Seller Support communication preferred. Ability to understand in-house Ecommerce software and systems, and assist with troubleshooting.
Job Duties:
- Monitor product sales and manage inventory feed.
- Consistently optimize product listings on all sales channels.
- Reviewing and analyze competitors on a regular basis.
- Creating FBA Shipment plans, scheduling pickups, providing all materials to other departments to complete these shipments.
- Amazon listing updating, reconfiguring, maintaining.
- Working with our Ecommerce Operation Systems and Software on a regular basis.
- Adjusting Inventory, other Data Entry as needed.
Required skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Must be detail-oriented to create comprehensive listing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill.
- Entrepreneurial motivated individual that has ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience with Amazon and other Ecommerce platforms.
- Proficient in Excel and other office programs.
- Ability to analyze detailed information and report on findings, contribute ideas for solutions.
