Job Description

Qualification & Experience:

  1. Candidate should have at least Bachelor degree holder (BSc /BBA)
  2. Having at least 3-5 years experience in the similar position in a reputable organization
  3. Having excellent interpersonal & supervision skills, dynamic personality, Pro-active and Confident.
  4. "Salary and remuneration will be based on education and experience"
  5. Fluent verbal & written English
  6. Having excellent command on computer programs such as (Ms Office & Ms Project)
  7. Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures


  1. Schedule meetings and appointments
  2. Organize the office layout
  3. Maintain and order stationery and other office equipment
  4. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  5. Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  6. Organize office operations and procedures
  7. Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  8. Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease etc.
  9. Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  10. Provide general support to visitors
  11. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  12. Address employee’s queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
  13. Management of employee’s timings, time off, office employees and kitchen food
