Here below is a brief introduction of Pasari Org.
We are an indenting & trading firm where we provide consultancy & equipment sourcing (Machines etc) for producing shoes /bags / belts / wallets & Leather.With regards to selling machines for leather Tanneries we are in this business since 1992, however with regards to selling machines for making shoes & other leather goods we are serving our clients since April 2009.
In total we have around 70 people including admin, sales, commercial, technical and fabrication staff for sales & services.
We have offices in three different cities, Lahore, Kasur, & Karachi.
Pasari Lahore office is hiring Management Trainee Officers (MTO
Commercial Correspondence Department
- Job is to get machine offers from suppliers in China/Europe/South America via email - We chat - Whats app
- Make technical and price comparisons for presenting the same to customers and keep efficient track of all what has been processed by him.
Purchase Department
- Job is to get machine offers from local vendors
- Keep record of all offers in Excel sheet for future reference
- Make Purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for delivery
- Plan Suppliers Payment Plan
- Provide necessary document to accounts (PO and bill) department for payment
Skills Required
- Should have necessary experience of using Microsoft Office (Excel & Paint)
- Microsoft outlook of writing and responding emails & Acrobat Reader
- How to record the jobs assigned to you
- How to prioritize your Jobs
- How to keep track of the jobs you are handling
- How to update your own TO DO LIST
Experience: Fresh Or 5 Years
Salary: 30k to 70k depending on Experience and interview Performance
Office Timings: 9 to 5 (Six days a week)
