Path Solutions is looking to hire an IT Helpdesk Engineer for its office in Karachi ,Pakistan.
Duties and Responsibilities :
· Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
· Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
· Walk customer through problem-solving process.
· Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
· Clean up computers.
· Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
· Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
· Install computer peripherals for users.
· Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
· Providing IT Support at different levels- Desktop, Laptops, servers OSs and system software .
Qualifications and competency skills
· 2-5 years of experience in handling IT Helpdesk requests.
· Good knowledge in LAN , WAN .
· Network, and Systems Administration in Microsoft and Linux experience is a plus.
· Excellent communication skills, with good command of English.
· Eager to learn, willing to build a career in a global multinational IT team.
