Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Planning: Develop innovative architectural designs for various projects, including residential, commercial, and public spaces.
Technical Drawings: Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD.
3D Modeling and Visualization: Utilize 3D modeling and visualization software to create realistic renderings and presentations of designs.
Project Management: Oversee projects from initial concept through to completion.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other architects, visualizers and engineers to integrate designs and ensure smooth project execution.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year professional experience in architectural design and project management.

Skills:

Proficiency in 2D software (e.g., AutoCAD) and 3D modeling and visualization software (e.g., Sketchup, Lumion, D5)
(3Ds Max and Revit will be a plus).
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Excellent design and visualization skills.

Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
