Pavilion Design Consultant is seeking a dedicated Sales Call Agent to join our team at the DHA Phase 3 location in Lahore. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and a focus on building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate communicates effectively in English and confidently engages with international clients. Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required, as fresh candidates are welcome to apply. The role is in-person and aims to contribute to the overall sales growth by providing excellent customer service and following up on potential sales opportunities.
This position requires individuals who are organized and committed to maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. The Sales Call Agent collaborates closely with team members and management to enhance sales strategies and performance. While this role does not include managing a team, it offers the opportunity to develop strong communication, sales, and customer service skills within a reputable company environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in line with company procedures.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to close sales opportunities effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and management to identify opportunities for improving sales performance and customer engagement.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with international clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Stay informed about the companys products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and promote sales.
- Demonstrate confidence and a positive attitude when interacting with customers to enhance the company's brand and reputation.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Participate in training and development activities to continuously improve sales techniques and customer service skills.
